*Rules of Voting*
• One ballot per reader
• All destinations must be within DMA's territory
(Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma)
• Ballots must have a voter's name, city, state and telephone number/email for possible verification and editorial interviews
• Each category candidate must have a name of the destination, city, and state noted
• Shop owners and dealers are asked not to vote for themselves in categories relevant to their business/collecting.
• Ballots must be received by March 1, 2007
